  wordpress.com is in no way related to 24x7wpsupport.com; they even don’t give support for wordpress.com websites.

  Hi there,

  24x7wpsupport has no affiliation with WordPress.com, nor with the open-source WordPress project. They sell “WordPress support” services, but they’re a completely independent company. If you want to pay them for help with your self-hosted WordPress site, that’s your choice, but opting for a hosting plan with your hosting provider that includes WordPress support would likely be a better option.

  That service cannot help you with your WordPress.com site, as their staff has no access at all to our systems. If you were looking for support with your WordPress.com site, the form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact and these forums are the only official support for WordPress.com-hosted sites.
