HELP!
-
Hi – I am a digital strategist and my client – an art gallery – recently switched to squarespace. This was a long process related to the person who originally created her website (not me). We changed the DNS settings at GoDaddy to point to her new squarespace site, and now her wordpress login no longer works. It says the account does not exist, even though she paid for a year of wordpress at her most recent annual renewal, which I believe was in May. We planned to continue to have access to this account for some time to move legacy data and we are dismayed that it is now totally gone and we don’t know what to do. How do we access that data since it is saying there is no account with her username or email?? I cannot even do account recovery because it says it doesn’t exist! I have tried using the transaction ID for the payment to wordpress and it just tells me that nothing exists with this data…
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!
