  I have taken WordPress hosting via my domain provider, as they offer WordPress hosting though I have had to set up a new account want I want to do is move all my site files and documents form this account to my new one, however I have tried the export part and it cant transfer my files or pics can anyone suggest how to do it ? or how I get intouch with wordpress to have them do it
