  I’m still having trouble changing the name I’m using my phone and its giving me a hard time changing my site do I have to delete my account and start over again

  You can change your site’s address but bear in mind that this is irreversible and you won’t be able to use the old address never again:

  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  You don’t have to start over
