  Could you reply with the address of your website so we can see it on mobile?

  When I reply to a support request that does not include a website address, I always like to add that this forum supports sites hosted with WordPress.com.

  If you know your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, there are similar support forums for sites like yours at WordPress.org:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you need help identifying your web hosting provider, we can usually determine that from the site address.
