  A refund can take up to 10 business days, but some banks need a lot more of time.

  I can confirm that we processed your refund when you cancelled your upgrade a little while ago earlier today. You can see a receipt for that transaction at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times, as @staartmees indicated above.
