Help!

    I am looking to upgrade my blog, and need to chat/talk with someone that can provide me with some orientation. Your favorite customer support seems to be ‘talk to the community.’ Well, I don’t consider that customer support. Is there a way to talk to someone at WordPress? Thanks.

    PS: I see. I am in a quandary, since people without a paid upgrade are sent to ‘talk to the community.’ Good enough. Well, it doesn’t seem I am getting an upgrade any time soon.
