  Hi there,

  Live chat support is only available to owners of WordPress.com sites with paid plans. As I explained in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/help-2626/, you only own two free WordPress.com sites with us, while the site you’re working on is not hosted with us as all.

  I’m closing this thread as a duplicate – you’re welcome to reply to the other one if you have more questions about this, but we cannot help you with a site that isn’t hosting on our servers.
