  Hello, I am June Kelly ‘Yumi ‘ Ichinomiya and I own http://www.flowersbyyumi.com Flowers By Yumi Flower Shop.

  apparently, my graphic artist who made this website went missing and I need to get the credentials of my website for me to be able to update my own website.

  I am whilling to show you all documents that proves that I own the bussiness and the website.

  Hi, sorry to hear about the designer. This site is not hosted with us, so we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

  First contact your host (ipage.com) to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
