  Hi there!
  Greetings from Buenos Aires :)
  I own the following site: tuktukexpediciones.com and I am paying a plan of usd 50.- every 6 months.
  The thing is that I need to cancel my payment, but I cannot access my site.
  I tried to reset the password several times but for some reason when I access it says that I do not have a site. Can you help me out with this please?

  just to clarify – we charge you on a yearly basis, not every 6 months.

  As to your site, it seems that you have logged into an incorrect account. Please check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the correct account:
