Please post updates to your updated thread, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/help-2648/. In future, please don’t create multiple threads for the same issue (it makes it very difficult for us to keep track of updates, and may also stop other users from getting the help they need), and also clarify your question in your original thread. Giving the URL of the site you’re working on may also help.

Hi there,
I need a walk thru on my site
Some support documents that might help:
https://wordpress.com/support/video-tutorials/
https://wordpress.com/support/customize/
https://wordpress.com/support/five-step-website-setup/ (also https://wordpress.com/support/five-step-blog-setup/)
Also have a look at https://wordpress.com/learn/ if you need further advice.as I have paid for this […] Where and how do I make an appointment
Since you have a paid plan, you can access Live Chat support. You can do that by going to https://wordpress.com/help/contact. If ever you decide to stop the paid plan, you can access support through these forums. You’ll be able to make a new thread by going to the same link.
how to speak to a happiness engineer
If you believe your question requires staff attention, tag it with
Modlookunder the ‘Tags’ section on the right-hand-sidebar. With a paid plan, you’ll be able to access live chat support, which is directly with staff.I hope this helps. In future, please try not to create duplicate threads. Thanks.
Just a reminder that this forum is for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you use the open-source WordPress software, you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the WordPress software you can read the support post:

OK ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS POINT ME TO VIDEOS // I HAVE PAID 300 $ I BELIVE I GET ! HOUR OF ZOOM MEETING SPEAKING WITH A HUMAN BEING HOW DO I SENT THAT APPOINTMENT UP
EASY QUESTION WHICH I DID THE FIRST TIME -
Okay, as this is a thread which involves a paid plan, I’m going to tag it for staff attention. I only pointed you to those support videos because I thought they might help you get started while you wait for this to be sorted out. I’m truly sorry if that’s not how it came across.

I’ve had a look at the support documents. From the Zoom meeting you mentioned, it looks like the support document https://wordpress.com/support/concierge-support/ might be about the quick start session? From https://wordpress.com/support/concierge-support/#how-to-access-your-quick-start-sessions, it seems like you should have received an email with any information about the meeting. If you can’t find that email, perhaps check your spam folder (occasionally emails from WordPress end up there).
Also read https://wordpress.com/support/concierge-support/#connecting-with-a-happiness-engineer-for-the-session.I’m sorry to point you to yet more support documents, but it looks like these are more related to what you’re asking about. Either way, the thread has been flagged for staff attention, and they’ll be with you shortly.

Hi there,
The
jeffreypallisaccount you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.The site at truvinedesign.com belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account, and you need to be logged in as that account to reach live chat support or to book a quickstart session.
If you no longer have the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ to verify your ownership of that site. Then we can help you regain access to it.
I can understand if it’s frustrating to not get the answer you want, but there is no need to shout at the volunteer who is trying to help you in their free time. Please see our forum guidelines in this regard at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/best-practices-community-standards/
