HELP

Hello. I have been a user for 8 years and now everything is greyed out or looks like it is in search mode for my sites. Its grey when I try to reach out to your help center. When I click the “write” box it puts up a search box and tells me to visit my site. My profile info is also missing. Many things are missing.
Does anyone have any suggestions. Has there been an update I am not aware of that has lost everything?

Hi! This sounds like it could be due to a browser issue. Typically when we see this, the browser is out of date, has a setting disabled, or is using an extension that conflicts. Sometimes though we’ll run into problems with browser updates, too.
Can you confirm which browser you’re using, and its version?
And, could you try clearing your browser cache to see whether that helps? This article explains how:
And if that isn’t working, please just confirm by testing the site in another browser. If it doesn’t work there, either, we’ll know what to check going foward.
