  I’m fairly new to WordPress and I’m updating a website for a client. I saw that their plugins needed to be updated so I did and now their website is offline and I can’t even login the admin account to keep working on it

  I’m afraid that gerrytuten.com is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
