  Hello, we do have a WP website. We had a second party create the website which we no longer go through. They gave us the login to edit. We need to change our top banner and it’s no where in appearances or anything. Please help!

  Of what site are you speaking?

  You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. The account you’re using to post here is less than a day old, and only owns one site with us, https://bdodgemasonryinstitutecom.wordpress.com/, which is also less than a day old.

  If that’s the site you’re speaking of, the image at the top there is inserted inside the content of the front page itself, so you need to edit the page at My Site ->Site ->Pages to change that.

  When you click on the image, you’ll see an option to replace the image in the block toolbar. You can click that to upload a different image to use in that block.
