I created a new blog/website and it took over my old one. How can I retrieve my old one???

That site is up and running. It’s obvious that site is connected to an older account of yours. Log out from current and log in again to the account connected to your site.

Tried that – the newest one which I only wanted as a kind of shell – I don’t even really want it – attacked the old one. I need that old one back -that’s my main site!!!
-
I log into the old site and the new site comes up only — it’s as if the old site is gone.
-
Can we destroy the current site and revive my “old” site which is my current site or I’d like it to be? I really was just trying to have two sites but that seems impossible.

The site is still online but would have been created under a different account as this account you are logged in to is only a few months old. Perhaps you can reach the site via the email address associated with it.

So – I logged into the site with my old email address and account information and it brought me to the current one. So what does that mean?

What is this “current one” site??
Are you positive you can’t reach your site just by clicking “My sites” top left and “switch site”?I created a new blog/website and it took over my old one
What steps did you take? Did you change your username? Did you try to change the name of your site? I think we may need to call in staff assistance here. Please be patient as it is the weekend when less staff are available.

You created drkinsey only last month on Oct 5, 2020. Your site is connected to another account if yours with another email address as the email address is the unique identifier.

Yes- I logged in with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it still took me to the outlook one. So I’m not sure how to get to it. I open the site and it goes here
null
It should go here

yes – the old email accesses the new account — that is the problem. The new account should only be under outlook but it is associated with my original gmail which is wrong.

@themagicrobot
can you please help? The new account took over the old one. I sign in with my old password and email and it accesses the new one. That’s what the problem is! So, I click on the old website and it always reverts to the new…so recovering the old won’t help since it is somehow attached to the new one. -
