wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. As you are having problems with a site on the Free Plan, you can gt help in this public forum.
As we already said several times: your site https://elisabethkinsey.wordpress.com/ is connected to another account than the one your are logged in to drkinsey.
You created that site in January 2010, you created the account drkinsey in October 2020. So it’s totally impossible your site is conenceted to your drkinsey account.The email address is thé unique identifier on the wordpress.com platform. You can’t use one email address on 2 accounts.
Accounts on the wordpress.com platform are all totally unrelated to eachother. Sites are always connected to 1 specific account.
Sites and accounts won’t attack other sites and accounts, nor will sites and accounts just take over other sites and accounts.What you have to do now, is figure out what email you had or used in januari 2010 when you created your site. Once you know that email address, you’ll be able to regain access to your site.
