    Hi, I purchased a premium membership in Feb 2020 but now that I am ready to prepare the site, my domain is locked. My details are:
    Domain name: cttcministries.com
    Receipt ID: [redacted by staff]
    Transaction ID: [redacted by staff]
    Please Help! Steve

    Hi Steve,

    Please don’t post transaction information here in the public forums. That transaction ID can be used by anyone to claim access to your account.

    You bought that domain under a completely different username account. The cttcministries account you’re using to post here was only created in March, and only owns the free site, http://cttcministries.wordpress.com.

    Log out of this account, and log back in using the username for the other account/the email address at which you received the receipt for that payment.

    If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access. You can use the transaction ID you posted above on the account recovery form to verify your ownership of the other account.
