HELP!!!!

  Can someone asist me, please? I have uploaded my daily post but all I get is many lines of script reflecting the typeface and various other ‘mechanical’ aspects of the post. My copy is buried underneath as a shadow. I cannot even find a way to delete this (and I have upoloaded it twice). Sorry for being a klutz but I’d be very grateful if someone knows an answer. Thank you!

  Copy the text from the actual blog page, then edit the post, switch the editor to Text (=code), select all, delete, paste the text you copied, update.

  This probably happened because you copypasted the content from another source. Never copypaste from other sources into the visual editor. When you need to paste, paste into the Text editor.
