  I have a website for our library at http://libraries.ne.gov/cambridge/
  I login with one id and then it switches to another.
  is there a reason for this? Can I get it fixed so my account is under one username
  So put them together and that will be the admin.
  I am having troubles at times and I think this is why. Like when I want to look at pluggins. I cannot do that and it says to go to the WPadmin page but I should be the admin.

  It looks like http://libraries.ne.gov/cambridge/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
