Hi yes well I only had the one of which I know of I want a refund from what you have just taken and cancel what ever got me on it

I’m not sure I understand. I see no record of upgrades having ever been purchased for your account. You can confirm here there is no past billing activity (no purchases, and no refunds) on this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Can you clarify what is the URL of the site you upgraded? Is it something other than basenails.wordpress.com? Is it possible you have another site with us under a different login? Possibly a site you set up at an outside provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?

I have the receipt here in my emails and the money has left my bank I don’t understand if the service isn’t even there of what you have charged me then I don’t understand why you can’t refund the money you have taken, it has made my mortgage bounce

No I got everything from WordPress a year ago to experiment and have ago witch was a mistake as I never used it and now your taking money for no reason

You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team about a refund. -

Please note that there are many hosting providers that use the WordPress software. We (WordPress.com) are one of them.
It’s possible that you have purchased a plan from one of those hosts and used the WordPress software to build your site.
So, use the tool that @staartmees provided and check if your purchase is associated with us or not.

It is definitely WordPress is there a member of staff that can email me back and forth I will be able to screen shot the receipt and send it

On the receipt it says any problems contact here them it just takes me to a community forum it’s disgusting this service and still today it has not been sorted my mortgage is still not paid how long dose the chat go on for before something gets done the receipt is from WordPress and it says contact WordPress
