  Hi there:

  Live chat support is only available for WordPress.com accounts that have a Premium, Business, or eCommerce upgrade.

  If your site does have one of those upgrades, can you let us know the URL of your site so we can advise how you can access live chat?

  http://www.mcpphotography.com is the URL of my site, hopefully I do have that.

  Ah, no this is actually hosted with Bluehost. You’re using a free copy of the WordPress software there. Here’s the difference:
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Bluehost may be able to offer some WordPress support for you. Or, you can post in the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Just note the free, DIY WordPress software is different from our services in much the same way a recipe is different from a restaurant that uses that recipe. Your service provider will be your best bet for live chat, then the forums and support pages at WordPress.org.
