  Hi,

  I trust you’re really well.

  My website antonymakhlouf.com has been hacked. So much so that even my linked email with WordPress no longer attached. I’ve tried resetting the password and the email doesn’t reach me – even in my junk folders.

  When I use my email to sign in to the WordPress website, it does not recognise it.

  I do not have proof of ownership; two step authentication or transaction ID.

  All I can provide from memory is that I have purchased Atlier and Notio plugins if that helps you to prove my ownership. From memory my username is antonyma. VentraIP is my hosting service.

  If you can reach me either on:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  That would be appreciated.

  I really would like to resolve this as at the moment I am considering transferring to Squarespace or Wix in order to get my website up and running. However I would prefer to retain my WordPress account, especially seeing that all my image content is saved there.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi Antony,

  That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this – we have no control over that site, or the user account you use to log into that site. The WordPress.com account you created just a few hours ago to post here, has no connection at all to the admin user account you use to access the dashboard of that site.

  Please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with this.

  For general help with the open source WordPress software you’re using on that site, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you’ve never posted there before, you’ll need to register an account on WordPress.org before you can post there – neither your WordPress.com username account, nor your admin user account for your site will work there.
