  Hi @studentmediamanager! I see two issues:

  – The domain was owned by another user, so you’ll need to log with that account (or have the right person log in) to manage it. If you’ll look at the left sidebar on WordPress.com while logged in, you’ll see the owner of the domain.

  – The domain expired over a month ago. You’ll want to get in and renew that ASAP before it goes into redemption (I’m surprised it hasn’t yet, to be frank) then work on the transfer. Whatever is left of this year of registration (if you can renew it in time) will go with you to the new registrar.

  If you need help getting into the right account, let us know ASAP. The domain owner should be able to log in using the email address that received renewal reminders before the expiration.
