  Hi, I could not access my blog and have forgotten my password. I tried signing in with my Google account but it seemed to simply set up a new account. I am pulling my hair out at this point. I tried to reset the password but I was never sent a link after several attempts. Please may I have help from an employee that is what we pay for?

  I need from WORDPRESS HOW DO WE GET SUPPORT FROM EMPLOYEES? I HAVE PAID FOR YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY SUPPORT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO CUSTOMERS.

  Hey there, our community forums are for free users. If you have a paid account you’re trying to access, you can use a transaction ID to regain access. Here’s how:

  Also, I noticed you tried to reset your password last week, twice. Your email company accepted the email, too, so it should work fine. Can you check your other email addresses, and perhaps confirm what addresses you’re checking?

  If you can check the correct email account, you won’t need to go through the account recovery process.
