  Trying to subscribe to a blog- returns saying incorrect email- but it IS my email

  Hi there:

  Can you let us know which site you’re trying to subscribe to and what email address you’re using?

  Only Staff can see the email address, so you can post it and it won’t show to anyone else.

  Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  Hi there,

  The only way to see that page is when you are logged in to your WordPress.com account, and since we would already know your email (due to the fact that you are logged in) there is only a “follow’ button displayed on that page.

  There is not a way to enter an email address when subscribing from the WordPress.com Reader, you should just have to click the button.

  To clarify, you clicking that button and the message you get mentions your email address even though you have not entered it? Or is it the case that you are able to your email address on that page somehow?

  Also I think it will help if you can share a screenshot of what you are seeing. To do that you can take a screenshot on your computer as you normally would, and then upload it to the Media Library on your site to copy the image URL.
