I am looking to contact someone for a refund and cancelation. There is no contact number or live support? I just paid for a subscription about an hour ago and it is not allowing me to do what I originally planned on. How can I cancel and get my. money back? Also I paid twice, one for the standard account, then had to pay again to upgrade in order to add a plugin, which still did not work.

On the account you are logged into now, I can confirm you have cancelled the Business Plan on your account and issued a refund for your original purchase amount.
You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 7-10 business days, and can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
