Hi there! Was this in relation to your free site http://thedigitalnews.wordpress.com/ which is associated with your WordPress.com account?
If so, then the theme editor isn’t available on this site, as it is free. It’s also worth noting that the theme on http://thedigitalnews.wordpress.com/ is retired, which means it hasn’t received updates to keep it in line with the WordPress software. However, if you’re trying to add SEO information to your site, it’s worth looking at the page excerpt, as this can be useful for meta descriptions for SEO purposes!
We have some information about SEO on WordPress.com here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo/Of course, if you’d like to make changes to your theme via functions.php on http://thedigitalnews.wordpress.com/ then we can absolutely suggest using the Business plan:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/business-plan/It rolls in features such as daily backup, 24/7 access to live chat support and also lets you use SFTP and phpMyAdmin; and you can use custom themes that you upload too. With the Business plan, if you do use a theme that we offer, then I would still suggest using a plugin to insert the code, so that the code isn’t removed/overwritten when the theme is updated.
Let us know if you have any questions about it!
