We have an Auto-Renewal set up with WordPress, so why DID WE GET AN EMAIL supposedly from WordPress saying the following:

This is Anne from WordPress.com and I was just notified that your subscription renewal for pasthm.com didn’t go through.
We were attempting to renew the domain mapping for pasthm.com.

It looks like the renewal of the domain mapping upgrade is failing due to your bank declining the transition. Since we renew domain-related subscriptions a month before they would expire, you have time to reach out to your bank to let them know this is a valid transaction.
Double-check that your stored payment details are correct and the next renewal attempt should happen automatically in the next few days. Or, you can process that renewal yourself through your Purchase settings for that upgrade.
