  I will not submit financial information until I get to trial on your website, I haven’t seen any of the features and I’m a beginner, many other websites offer trials of 7 days or even more so you can sample it and try it and see if you can handle it.   Speaking of phone support, unfortunately we do not provide it as all support is done through online communication because we often have to reference links and screenshots in our communication.
