  This is linked to another email. But it’s being paid from my bank account. I’ve been trying to talk to WordPress but no one helps. Something very fishy.

  It appears that the account you’re currently logged into (@wombatpizzavarda7366) is different from the one that owns the domain simplefix216.com. To manage the domain and payment, you will need to log out of the current account and into the correct one.

  If you cannot remember which account you used, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the website using transaction IDs from charges made on that account. You can access the Account Recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Fill out the form with as much information as you have, including an email address where support can contact you. The transaction ID will be listed as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit letter/number code on your bank statement.
