  Hi there – There is a built-in feature for this which you can create for any Page or Post you publish. Check out these instructions: https://jetpack.com/support/utilities/qr-post/

  Try following those instructions for the page “Home”, which you have published. Let us know if you have any questions as you give that a try. :)
