    I need help, a plugin is causing me issues

    The only sites I see on your @stephensmith1979 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • ncnena.wordpress.org

    That site is on our “free plan” so it’s not actually possible to add plugins to that site. You can of course add plugins by upgrading to our Business Plan, which will give you the total ability to customize your site, while being safely hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
