I thought we already had an account with yourselves as when I login to the admin part of the site it states that it is WordPress so I have made an account as we are experiencing issues with the site and the person who set our site up, we can no longer contact him. So I have been trying to figure it out myself, which I wanted to look at the forum and ask the question regarding the issues but it wouldn’t let me login and said our account didn’t exist so I made an account and it said to connect our website which I have done but then it asked for £84. We already pay for a hosting site so i went to close my account that I have created and it said if i closed it down that it would remove the website which I do not want to do. Can you please help.
