  Hey there,

  Happy to help you with this.

  In order to move a page to a single post, you would need to first go to Pages > click on the page > select and then copy the content.

  Then you would need to go to Dashboard > Posts > Add New, and paste that content into a new post > click publish.

  I’ve taken a look at your site, and it looks like you would need to set a posts page, which can be done as per these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/posts-page/#set-the-default-posts-page

  Additionally, it looks like you’re just getting started with your site – what plans do you have in mind? Perhaps I can offer some guidance on how best to approach what you need to do.
