    I received the necessary information to correct my SPF and it’s not working. what is it that I’m not doing right?

    v=spf1 include:_spf.biz.rr.com ~all

    This is how I enter the information and it’s still not working properly. The members of my church that have Gmails aren’t receiving my emails that I’m sending.

    Did you read the answer Staff gave? It can take up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect. You just have to wait.

    As mentioned by @staartmees, it can take up to 72 hours for DNS changes to take effect. If you are trying to add records to connect an email service, you will also want to ensure that all the required DNS records are present.
