  Please help. I am very confused. I paid £288 to wordpress this week for my domain and wordpress.com. I started going through some templates and setting up the webpages. I saved it.

  When I come to login, it tells me I don’t have access and need administrator access. I then can login through my ‘backup’ email. When I re-try with my main login, it somehow then works without asking me to have administrator access.

  I don’t understand where my previous work has gone? And why, when I go to ‘start creating a site’ (all over again), it now asks me for a domain name? But I have already paid for it and can confirm this.

  WordPress.com does not appear to offer support of any kind; online chat, phone number or anything, which is my fault for not assuming they would have help.

  
  What is going wrong with my site? And why isn’t my domain name coming up as linked to my account? I set this up 3 days ago.

  How do I speak to the helpbot engineer again? The option does not show anymore!
