Help!

I’m getting really confused and the WordPress team keeps losing my tickets to help me. I bought the upgrade for jetpack just to get AI and I don’t know how to activate the freaking thing. The directions the AI assistant from WordPress gives out doesn’t work. It says I can do it. Can’t do it. I can’t get help I’m frustrated.

You can use the AI Assistant Block in the post editor. It’s actually available on Free accounts with some limitations.
I find it very helpful, it can proofread and critique my writing and give me suggestions on fleshing out my content and giving more details I may have missed.
It can do other things, I am still exploring.

hi, I’ve been looking for a way to cancel this request. Basically I think some of the documentation on what I needed to do may be old because the updates were automatic.
