  I paid $96 for this plan. I can’t get any help. I use to have access to chat. Who do I email?

  I’d recommend making your subject title more specific. Having said that, I too have a paid plan and have gotten little help–no chat access and the emails bounce back at me. I’m wondering if WP itself is having the new year blahs. Good luck getting help.
