    My website is not loading. And I can’t go into /wo-sdmin. It says your connection is not private…I have looked through all of the trouble shooting. I need to speak to someone

    If you mean the domain definedbydesign.co.uk, I can see that the domain is connected here but it is not pointing to WordPress.com. It seems to be pointing to Amazon.

    I had a similar issue just recently. Well, sometimes, cached data in your browser can cause SSL-related issues. Clear your browser cache and try accessing the website again. It helped me in my case.
