    Hello, I purchased the explorer plan on January 21 but it’s still saying my plan is free. I have an email confirming my new blog title and my credit card has a charge for the explorer amount. Please help.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I can see a monthly Starter plan on plannerpatprintables.wordpress.com. Could you have another account created with a different email address? The easiest way to check is to log out and log back in using the email address where the purchase receipt was sent.
