  I paid for the creator plan and I’m registered in the free plan

  I am logged in. I have tried contacting WordPress and via live chat and email. I can only get bots with the same answer – make sure you’re logged in. I’m desperate to get to work but cannot connect to anyone/anything to help me resolve the problem. I paid for the Creator plan and cannot access it. I’m stuck in Free.

  I have tried the chat bot, the email bot and I can’t get any help. I have a paid account but I cannot access the features of the “creator plan” it has me in the “free” plan. I am logged in. The bots keep sending the same message which is of no help.

As a result, your plan reverted to the free version. You can confirm this refund by checking your billing history here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  I am having the same problem and can only get repeat answers from the bots. I paid for the “Creator Plan” however I have none of the features – stuck in “free”. Is there any support at all? mhrraorg.wordpress.com
