Hi there!
I can see that you added a domain connection for slideridgewinery.com, and the WordPress.com IP addresses were added to the domain successfully. I can see your WordPress.com site when I go to slideridgewinery.com.
Please note that DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to take effect. So, if you still don’t see your site when visiting slideridgewinery.com, you may need to clear your browser cache and wait a while longer.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site? What’s it for, and what features do you need on it? Based on your site requirements, we’ll be happy to share specific guides and suggestions and help you accordingly.
Thanks!

Hi thank you for responding. I needed to get the site up and running because we started sending out an ad campaign, so I paid for another year yesterday on top of the one that was paid for on Aug 31. If you go into my billing tab you can see both. Could I get a credit/refund or add another year to the slideridgewinery.com? I could also add it to another webpage that I need to set up. Please let me know what can be done.
I am trying to set up a site for advertising our Honey Wines. We are beekeepers that make wine and Honey Wine Vinegar. You can check out our other products at http://www.slideridge.com. I also need to insert a pop up age restriction plugin for this site. If you have any recommendation for that please let me know.

Thanks for clarifying.
Based on what I can see you did have the WordPress.com Business Plan on your site, added on 8/31/2023, but that you appear to have canceled the upgrade on 12/04/2023. This is appears to have happened before you attempted to connect slideridgewinery.com, so at that time you used the staging address of: https://srwinery.wpcomstaging.com/

From what I can see you have successfully connected slideridgewinery.com to your WordPress.com site. When you connect your domain there can be a delay before the new settings have take effect, and you may still see the old site but it clears up after a bit of time.
I can confirm that when I check, I see the WordPress.com site (previously at srwinery.wpcomstaging.com) is now shown when you visit slideridgewinery.com

I can confirm you added the Creator plan to your account (same features as the Business plan, but with a new name) on 2/7/2024, but as I mentioned there is still remaining value on the Business Plan you had previously, which would have expired on 8/31/2024.
With this in mind, you have a few options here:
- You can cancel the Creator plan for a full refund, and we can restore the Business plan you had previously.
- You can retain the Creator plan, and we can adjust the expiry date to account for the remaining time you had on the Business Plan
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
