  If you are talking about https://parentenhancementprogram.com/, you won’t find that site over here as it isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress;com account for login.

  You can log in at https://parentenhancementprogram.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.
