  Hello,
  I am really lost here. I cannot find add plugins. I downloaded wordpress to my computer and I can’t find any shortcut to open. I downloaded podpress and copied the file into the admin folder on wordpress. But when i go to wordpress.com and log in I cannot find anything saying plugin or pod press. What do I need to do? Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You seem somewhat hysterical. Calm down. No-one will be emailing you. Forum questions get answered in the forum.

  As you can see from the Plugins tag in the forum or a simple search, there are no Plugins at WordPress.com. WP.com blogs are a turnkey blogging solution and as such not configurably via plugins. Plugins are for blogs on paid hosting using software from WordPress.org.
