Help!!

    Hi, I built a blog years ago and due to not fully understanding it I have not used it at all. I am now starting a fresh and am completely confused because it is seemingly in two places but place at all? On entering it tells me it is hidden, but it’s actually not? I am trying to use the website building service, but I am not able to because it wont acknowledge my site? Ant pointers to where to start would be gratefully received.
