help

My business plan was going to end on July 22nd. I exported the site via all in One and transferred the domain and everything was fine. Then I deleted the site and data, but I was surprised that there was a problem when I exported the site to the new hosting. There was a problem importing the database, as it was Latin and the new database was in the ut84 system. – [So what I need now, if you have a copy of the site, is to export the database in that language ut84 . Give it to me if possible – Thank you

Hi @mrmohamedmetwali,
We took a look at this, and it turns out the backup from your site is encoded using thelatin1character set with thelatin1_swedish_cicollation — this is the default used on WordPress.com.To import the backup on your new host, you’ll want to make sure the database you’re importing into is also set to use
latin1/latin1_swedish_ci. Most hosting platforms allow you to choose or modify the charset and collation before importing. If you’re not sure how, your new host’s support team should be able to help.If the charset doesn’t match, you might see issues during or after import. In that case, your host may suggest converting the data — this guide might help, though it’s a bit technical and outside our support scope:
