  owner of website is unable to login. The original email address was hacked so no longer exists. I am on the account as a user but do not have full admin rights. So I am unable to amend or update anything on the website. I believe this is a free plan so we do not have access to any support.
  

  we have gone through all steps recommended on the website to regain access with no joy.

  any suggestions?
