You can change the options for your front page from Settings > Reading in your dashboard.

I cannot get into my blog or another blog that I am a “member” . It seems everything changed today for some reason.

Nothing happens to your old posts. What you’re getting in your front page now (= your main posts page) will show up by clicking the “Posts” page tab.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you keep asking. How are they viewing your old posts now?

still haven’t changed my page yet..so they still viewed my old posts..i mean if i change my post page how will they view my posts before?? =)

The old posts will be on the new posts page that you create and set as the new posts page at settings > reading. Any new posts will go onto that page as well.

You cannot post to multiple pages. There is only one post page that dynamically updates. Pages that you create are static and sit outside the dynamic blog structure.
To organize post, use categories and then people can click on the category name in the categories widget in the sidebar to get a listing of the posts in that category only.
If you want to go further in controlling your visitors, create a static front page and then list links to the various categories in the body of that page.
