  unfortunately it is not possible to add a forum to WordPress.com blogs.

  You can try some of these free alternatives:

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  That only exists onWordePress.ORG installs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
