Help !! 4th email

    What you are asking me to do is to reset my password for 2011eg. It is identifying me as 20lleg as I reset the password. This not not a name I have used since 2011. As I try to reset the password – it shows me user name or email: 2011eg. I seem to have lost my current identity and am uncertain whether or not to reset the password with this old acronym that has appeared from somewhere….
